Incredible service team! Travis couldn't have been more helpful during my recent and unexpected visit to LT! I had an unfortunate visit 3 times prior in the past month at another dealer with no resolution, by some divine appointment while traveling I ended up in his bay on a Saturday with no scheduled appointment. Never was I made to feel like I was unwelcome or that they didn't have time to fix my problem ...within 2 hours the issue was resolved. I was on the road and it hasn't happened again since! Our Christmas gift to each was a new car. One of my co-workers recommended that we stop in and speak with Kohei Watanabe, and we found out that he is a hard working salesman and he helped us pick out the car that we would be happy with. I had a great experience with Lancaster Toyota. I was shopping for a new vehicle to accommodate a family of 5. Logan Hutton greeted me as soon as I stepped onto the lot. He was friendly and helpful. I eventually decided the Tundra was the best vehicle for me. Logan answered all my questions over the course of days. If he didn't know the answer, he promptly found out and filled me in. Top notch staff at a top notch dealership. The staff at Lancaster Toyota is what makes this dealership wonderful. They are polite and kind, engaging and friendly. I can't say enough good about them. I never had a bad experience there and I've purchased 2 vehicles there over the years. The service department goes over and above the call of duty. Highly recommend!!
