Paul was fantastic to work with. He called me multiple times to keep me posted on the status of my Tundra. He did a great job communicating to me what needed to be fixed and what my warranty would cover.

We love the service we get at Lancaster Toyota. Just had our Camry there this week. We had no appt. and within an 1 1/2 hr. we were done and ready to go. They are always so friendly and helpful there. Love the service to shuttle you somewhere while you wait. Thanks for everything. Very informative also.
