Staff and service people were great, I found it hard to accept that a 3 1/2 year old car with 34000 miles needed a new battery. Troubleshooting and installation was a bit pricy.
As always we had a wonderful buying experience with Aaron. We have always been happy with the vehicles and customer service from Lancaster Toyota and especially from Aaron. Very friendly, accommodating and fast. Aaron was amazing, never pressured me, let me look at almost every car on the lot (it was about 103 that day). He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. he even stayed late, after the dealership closed to ensure I was happily in my new car and on my way. No buyers remorse here. I would recommend Lancaster Toyota in a heartbeat.
