My wife and I had a great experience buying a certified pre-owned 2008 Toyota Highlander at Lancaster Toyota. Wayne Ludwick was our salesman, and he was very professional and personable. He addressed all of our concerns and answered our questions. We signed all of the documents Monday evening, and it was ready for us the next evening as promised. We're very pleased with the vehicle. We will certainly consider Wayne and Lancaster Toyota for our next vehicle.

I purchased a new RAV4 from Lancaster Toyota and it was as straightforward as car buying can be. Nick was the salesperson that assisted my girlfriend and me and he did a great job of answering our questions and showing us all of the important stuff that we would need to know about the vehicle since this car was much more modern than my old car.
