I always get great customer service at Lancaster Toyota. I'm in and out in less than 1 hour. They have a shuttle always available for you to utilize.
Pros: Fantastic facility/waiting room, very personable service. Cons: I do *not* recommend using their website to schedule a service appointment. It seems relatively straight-forward, but you get locked into odd options (my Prius has 166,000 miles on it, but the site defaulted to a "125,000 mile service check" and wouldn't allow me to change it) and when I showed up, they didn't appear to have record of my appointment. (They took me in anyway.)
