They follow through and remind you of future recalls Recently my Truck had two recalls on it and this company immediately took care of them Lisa assisted me and was so helpful I was greatly appreciated with the concern Thank you so much. I have always received excellent service from when I chose my car with the help of Wayne Ludwig through regular servicing of my vehicle. ALL of the service advisors have been friendly, polite and helpful. The shuttle drivers are courteous and conscientious in their driving. The service lounge is comfortable and offers wi-fi and TV and other amenities. Definitely will continue to purchase and service my vehicles there.
I have been a customer of Lancaster Toyota for many years. Travis has been the service department customer care person for 15 years. Good customer service is important to me. I have to say Lancaster Toyota has treated me well in all these years. My vehicle is ready as planned, unless there was an unexpected problem. Thanks to Mike Forney for making my purchase of a 2016 4Runner so easy. I love my new ride. Ben and his team were great! He was so helpful walking me around the lot twelve times to help decided what I actually wanted. He wasn't pushy like most salesman and cared about what I actually wanted. Definitely happy!
They didn't have the 2016 Tundra that my husband wanted on the sales lot but they found one close by and we picked it up 2 days later. This is our second Tundra and have never had any issues with the sales department or service department. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. I honestly have to say this is the best dealership we've ever been to, no pushy salesmen and listen to what you want/ looking for.
