Always feel the service I receive at Toyota is between a 3 & 5 stars. These last two appointments with Cory A. H would definetly be a 10 / 5 *****'s !
Carlos was courteous & prompt. He pointed out areas which were passing inspection but would eventually need a replacement. He did not push these items thankfully I would have upset.
Just purchased a 2016 Rav4 -- Mike Forney did an exceptional job guiding us through the selection process -- very helpful and accommodating -- recommend his services.

Yesterday (June 14, 2016) was my first visit to Lancaster Toyota. I did not have an appointment and wanted an oil change and 25,000 check up. I thought I would have to make an appt but they had availability and they took me right away. My Service advisor was Cody Holton and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very funny. My wife and I shopped around for a new Sienna plus we checked with AARP and Consumer's Report for the best price. We selected Judy Tucker at Lancaster Toyota for a very reasonable price but, most of all, she was very knowledgeable about the car whereas many salespeople are not. Not only that but her personality is wonderful and she was very accommodating. We love the new Sienna but there was one disappointment: I expected crossbars and none were given. What good are car racks without crossbars?

Mark went above and beyond normal expectations. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and had a great deal. In fact the whole team at Lancaster Toyota was very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
