This gentleman was very professional and personable. He explained every re: my service in a way that I could understand. He did a marvelous job. I commend him highly for his personal interest.
Poor mismanagement of a recall concern. At time of initial call, there is a 4 to 5 week backlog. They would call to schedule when the part was ready. After waiting 10-12 weeks I called to follow up and am told possibly another 2 weeks, could be up to one 1 month. I said will it be done by Christmas at this rate and am told yes by the Toyota employee. What a joke! How your estimate goes from 4-5 weeks, to now about 4-5 months or longer is nothing but poor customer service!
We have purchased several cars from Lancaster Toyota and have always been satisfied with their service. There have been many cars purchased in my lifetime thus far and the best quality ones have come from them. Fantastic service and experience, will always recommend.
I went to Lancaster Toyota last Monday and test drove a 2016 Highlander. Art W. explained all of the options available on the Highlander and was most helpful in making my decision. He spent a good portion of the afternoon answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Art and Lancaster Toyota to all of my friends.

I'd been shopping for a car (used) and stopped by on the recommendation of a neighbor. I found sooooo many to choose from. My salesman was very patient as I test drove about 5 or 6 different models and finally made my choice. I'm very pleased with my choice and the salesman answered the questions I had to my satisfaction. Since I've just recently bought it, I can't answer as to the service dept., but I'm told it's very good.
