I am having the worst experience with the service department. My truck was in for recall service. One item not repaired. I was told to call Toyota corporate office. Upon calling headquarters in California they set up repair through the dealership. The service manager called to set up my appointment as a "dealer courtesy ". Well its now 3 weeks later and the parts still have not arrived because of some " mistake" in ordering them on time. Extremely disappointed with the service scheduling website. It used to be much better. None of my login information seemed to make the move from the old site to the new so I had to build a login again. There is no ability to schedule an appointment to "wait for my car". When I went to "edit" one of the options I had to repopulate the information from that point forward. Complete waste of time. The options for service have to be spelled out as there is not a key to let you know what 10K, 20K, 30K service entails. The website ... read more

They go way beyond any dealer I have ever dealt with. I asked for a vehicle that was exactly like mine but a 2014.5. They found it & even tho I was sick ... well they kept asking how I was doing & such. I cannot say enough about this dealership or service. IT IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I have to commend Craig Buccilla from your used car center. We had a negative experience at another dealership and were feeling discouraged when we stopped by today. Craig was the exact opposite, so helpful and not at all pushy. We've already recommended him and LTM to a friend.
