I had my car in for service and inspection. During this time I went shopping. The service rep kept in touch with me at all times and was always curtious and polite. I could not have asked for more.
I have dealt with lancaster toyota for over 20 years. It seems each year they get better, service is great and efficient. Super nice people, thank you Carlos .
I'm a little disappointed at the service department. I asked if they would take it through the car wash, which is usually complimentary, after my service and the service employee said they don't do that. It's been done every time I come in for the past two years.
I would never think of taking my Camry anywhere but Toyota for maintenance/repairs. They are courteous, helpful, and explain everything in detail when I have questions. Thank you Toyota for always making sure my car is in top notch condition.

People are always friendly and very helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have complimentary soft drinks and/or coffee.
Typically when I go to dealerships for service work, I end up having complaints. However, this is a honest place that puts out honest work. Great people. Great results! I highly recommend using this service station for ANY make and model.
Awesome place and staff! Had to come to Lancaster on short notice/needed an oil change, they got me right in, Lisa Troupe was great helping us with our 2010 Highlander, the waiting facility is world class!
