I appreciate the attentive service I have received from Travis and Miguel. They listen well and their communication while my car is serviced is excellent. I appreciate the reminders for maintenance services needed and the shuttle makes it easy to schedule appointments. Travis and Miguel are both encouraging that I will be able to get to 200,000 miles on my 1999 Toyota Avalon without any difficulty.
I am on my third Toyota Camry from Lancaster Toyota. I have gotten great deals, and I really love driving the Camry. Plus, the follow-up service is outstanding--easy to get an appointment for the schedule I keep, the staff is always courteous and helpful (even for minor problems), and the work is done right every time. Communications with the customers is an added bonus--I get alerts when maintenance is needed, and additional jobs not covered by warranty are competitively priced with full details.
