Horrible ! After saying No! They bring in back up bumping up the points they will give making u feel guilty you even volunteered for this , all we did was stop to get a map at a booth disguised as a tour locator place not realizing what was to come we volunteered because of a deal offered at discount for a two hour demo of a newly renovated building to view. 2 hours turned into almost 3 as we were handed to 3 other people on why we said NO to giving a deposit for something we weren't allowed to leave and think about not even... read more

I truly hope you are reading this BEFORE you buy it, or the day or two after. Cancel immediately if you just signed up, follow recsission rules carefully. Read reviews below and please take them to heart. My husband I are educated, financially strong, and love to vacation! We shook hands comically in the parking lot to NO MATTER WHAT, NOT buy. As of today, it has been one full month since I paid off my loan to DRI (for upgrading to the HI collection and to Silver level). The payment was made on the phone with a supervisor's agreement that the payment would 'close out' the loan. Loan Services people say that should have taken 24 hours to close. However, the loan still remains open, accruing interest, and now I'm receiving 'late' notices via mail and text! STAY AWAY; WORST COMPANY EVER Diamond resorts promise you the world, but once you want to make a reservation you discover that you can't get into their website to reserve, and what they promised would be enough for a yearly vacation, does not take you far, you would need to wait a few years to have enough points to travel, its all a BIG LIE. From what I've read now, they laugh at how they made a fool of you, so DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES; PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS

We have been Diamond members for several years, but in the past couple of years we have seen a drastic increase in the costs, a drastic decline in the number of accommodations and a great increase in the amount of pressure for "updates" aka sales presentations. We are not happy and would urge others not to get involved with this company.

Don't fall for anything the Diamond Resorts sales representatives have to say it is all a scam! If you own timeshare weeks with another company, DO NOT let them talk you into the Diamond Resorts point system. It will never be comparable to what you already have and it will cost you a lot of money. Beware of the bate and switch with Diamond Resorts!!Sales representatives lie and misrepresent what the offer actually is to make a sale! We purchased a preview (we thought) for Mystic Dunes In Orlando Florida and from the time we tried to make a reservation until our early departure today, there was nothing we were promised or told!
