I've called 150-200 times over the last 3 weeks; leaving a message every day. I've sent 2 emails a day also a no response from either. I bought the sampler packet for $4K. I don't want my money back, I just want someone to call and tell me they stole my money. I'm I'm the military and wife is a school teacher, so of course we have plenty of money to throw away (sarcastically laughing). What a disgrace Diamond! -Chris & Dana L********

I have been working with the Diamond Transition team since early 2019. I have paid all fees and returned all paperwork needed to complete the transfer. After not hearing for them and receiving my 2020 fees, I contacted them in early December 2019 and was told there was additional paperwork needed. I was told they would be mailing it out. Still have not received it and have gotten no replies to emails. The Transitions department appears to lack follow through and integrity. Diamond Resorts Int. Are ripping everyone off. I own free and clear week 26 in Va Beach {beach qtrs}. The main. fees are about $900. a yr. I cant afford it anymore and Diamond will only take it back if I pay them 1000 +. They can ***** **.
This Company is a truly SCAM. If I could give the rating of this place zero stars, I most definitely would. I got looped into this membership 8 years ago and after a month I got the membership realized that it was a complete mistake. After paying tens of thousands of dollars to be a GOLD member, Diamond Resorts is forcing me to choose between my family's safety or entire year of vacation points. I planned a family reunion (3 rooms at Sedona Summit) for about $5000 worth of points scheduled to start on May 16. We have a vacation scheduled before the Pandemic. We are scheduled for June 3rd to Hawaii and Diamond said we must travel or lose all our points. The hotel will be open but Hawaii has a 14 day stay at home order. They won't give us a later date to come nor will they give us our points back. We lose everything, they are stealing our points. They say come we are open but we have to stay at the hotel for our whole time, in our rooms. We have happily used our timeshare in the past and now they treat us like this. I have used the Diamond Resorts four (4) times and every time I have had to go to a sales presentation. I started out with a $200 and something bill or payment each month but how it is up to over $1000. A month. I was told the by the last sales agent's boss the last time that it would not really be that high. Well guess what I have been lied to again.
