I have been harassed by this company via phone for years. They won't stop calling. I hope one of the lawsuits I read online prevails and they stop calling me.

Diamond Resorts is sorry to hear that Ms. S******** is receiving unwanted telephone calls. We have placed the telephone number ending in 2297 on our Do Not Call list and Ms. S******** will no longer receive call from Diamond at that telephone number.
I bought property with ******** resorts 20+ years ago. This past January we fell on some financial difficulty because of medical issues due to me having cancer. I paid my property taxes a little late, but they were paid in full, including all the fees they charged for paying them late. I went to do some points management last week as I do every June, and found my account didn't exist. So I called them to see what was going on. I lost my vacation package because I was laidoff my job before the package expire and I didn't meet the annual criteria anymore. The customer service rep submitted my refund request but it was denied because the package was expired. I had a unforeseen circumstance where I couldn't use my package because my job was doing poorly and they laid off 300 or more people. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY AT ANY DIAMOND RESORT HOTELS. THEY ARE THE WORST!
We bought a Time Share with Diamond Resorts in 2000 (Polo Towers, Las Vegas at that time). Due to personal situation we seldom used. Then we got several calls from them and went to Lake Tahoe after several years of Polo Towers purchase . They promised to combine maintenance fee and weekly system from Polo Towers into their new system Diamond Resorts points system if we buy 6000 points. But did not happen as they were told. I purchased a package with diamond resorts to visit one of there resorts and possibly buy a time share. At first I thought this was a good deal. ABSOLUTELY NOT. After turning in our Condo that we paid in full & paying the processing fee's we are still getting bill a year later. It appears that their just fish for your money and increase a fee every time your through their junk in the trash. Illegal charges: 1) This Diamond Resort just enjoyed for many years charging me the ARDA-ROC Voluntary Contribution without my permission. 2) I am signed up for a Paper Bill as I forget to remember this account even exists in my life and yet they did not send me the invoice for my Maintenance Fee and just enjoyed charging me a late fee and collection fee. Listened to the rep. She was polite. Once her supervisor David got on the line, he yelled and spoke quickly. When I didn't answer the way he wanted me to, he said, "Thank you Ms Trump" and hung up. I will never stay at a Diamond Resort EVER again.
We bought a "vacation" experience for $149 in April '17. Almost forgot about it until they called in February '18 to remind us to use it, saying our $149 would be refunded after the hard sell plus a $100 gift card. (Neither was received, as they said we did not attend the presentation. We were there, they were NOT).
