I think Diamonde is a bunch of liars. Will tell/promise you ANYTHING to get you to buy !!!!!! Would be - 10 stars if available
We would NEVER do business with this company IF GIVEN THE CHOICE. DRI purchased many properties from a timeshare developer that went bankrupt. We purchased from the developer NOT DRI They have misrepresented various programs to us while trying to get us to buy more and convert to their "new plan" that gives us even "more" member benefits. DON'T FALL FOR IT! DON'T GO TO OWNER UPDATE!! Maintenance fees keep going up. Very difficult to vacation when and where you'd like to.
Terrible. My husband and I stayed at one of their locations and enjoyed it. When someone offered a vacation and a sales pitch, we figured why not? BIG mistake. We have received phone calls daily multiple times a day. The phone calls only started after the 30 day cancellation period, because if we realized we were going to be harassed for the rest of the year until we booked, we never would have done it. This company doesn't even deserve 1 STAR! They are scamming people! We had purchased through Liki Tiki Resorts an Even Year Timeshare but it was bought out by DR and we have had nothing but a nightmare since they took over. When we purchased, were told that we could use it anytime during the even years. We have only used it 4 times since 2002. D.L. Stay away from Diamond Resorts. Oh how I wish I would have taken a little time to read any reviews. I bought in, and when I tried to go on my first trip that's when I figured out what a bunch of liars these people are. Diamond Resorts is like dealing with the MOB! and their muscle is the credit rating system. If Diamond Resorts comes into your life run and don't look back!

I own 2 WEEKS with Diamond Resorts International. One week at the LikiTiki and one week at Orbit One in Florida. September 8-15, 2018 we stayed at Mystic Dunes Resort in Florida. Absolutely horrible company with a lying sales staff, and terrible customer service. We have been to two sales meetings and were lied to both times. Shame on me for siging a contract with Diamond. The resorts are lovely, but the company is horrendous. Buyer beware! Should be a fun next 10 years of vacations.....
I waited for my refund ($149) patiently and to this day I have not been refunded. From a sales associate by the name Ms. V******* I was promised a 10 to 15 business day confirmation for my refund, regarding the purchase made out to Diamond Resort. We were told this is not a Time Share just go look at the property no pressure and you will not be asked to buy anything. It is set up exactly like a time share sale no difference, they say you'll be able to vacation for life" at their high end resorts located throughout the world.
