Got my windshield replace and within 2 weeks I was cracked I called for a warranty replacement and was told it was due to impact damage the impact was so small I couldn't even see it until the windshield was cleaned size of a pin point. The ******************** they use is very weak needless to say I will not be using them ever again the tech told me that the glass they use is very weak and told me to use OEM because of this. They sell an inferior product at a premium price

I am frightened to return to the store. I feel that the two technicians at the store took threatening postures and intimidated me into not speaking about a problem that they caused. Specifically, on the day of the appointment, I showed up on time and dropped off my car, after I left, they called to say they had ordered a wrong replacement windshield so I had to return to pick up my car. Install work was good but they screwed up my heads up display and now it doesn't read right and when I complained they ignored me and now won't even attempt to fix it.

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago for a time when I was flying from ************** to **************** and could get this done. At the time of my appointment they cancelled. The only solution they offered was for me to drive 90 minutes to a different city. No consideration that I had flown across the country, that the appointment had been in place for over a month or taking 3 extra hours of my time to take it to another city. Their attitude was oh well.

I had a tiny chip in my ******** windshield. Safelite says not all cracks can be repaired. Within 5 min of being alone with my car I had a 15 inch crack and needed a brand new windshield that was $3500 the tech was happy to tell my my deductible is only $1000 so it wasnt going to cost me $3500. This is a ripoff and a scam to get insurance to pay for full windshield replacements vs. the $350 it should cost for small chip fixes!!! SCAM!! I think we will all see the class action suits coming soon.

They deserve a minus 10. Wasted 5 hours waiting for their no show technician. I cancelled all kinds of appointments to wait for them. At my age time is precious. They should be ashamed. No call, no apology.

I had a failed repair done and went ahead with a full replacement. From then on my review mirror would not stay on. I assumed it was a warranty issue because my car is that new and the dealer informed me that my windshield was installed improperly. I filed a warranty claim and the replacement was the wrong part and the mirror was hanging on by glue. I'm on my third replacement and my review mirror is still broken and unable to be properly installed and my VIN is entirely covered because this after market part does not fit my... read more

It's impossibke to speak to someone so you must scheduke your appointment online. I did so and my appointment was set for Saturday, October 1, with a time range of 8am - 5pm. This was a mobile appointment, meaning they are scheduled to come to my home to replace my windshield. I waited on that Saturday, while my family proceeded with other activities that I needed to opt out of due to the 9 hr appointment. Safelite didnt show, didnt call, didnt text.
