RecommendedAfter dealing with another dealership for almost three weeks, on Saturday I decided spur of the moment to go by and see what was at Southpoint. Despite the fact that the power has just come on at the dealership two hours before I showed up, they happily took care of me. I had a wonderful experience from my salesman, to my trade in, to financing. I bought the car that day! I will not look anywhere else when I'm ready to buy my next one!
I wouldn’t tell anyone to take their car here due to they have had my car for 12 days and counting! Have don’t no work to it an won’t tell me when I will have my car back! This place is a joke I can’t just go get it either due to the trans is out never got offered a loaner or help with getting around either definitely stay away from here if u don’t have a back up car

RecommendedMy daughter came home from IU for a short visit. While she was here we realized that she had a bulge in a tire on her Jetta. Took it to Belle Tire Saturday afternoon and arranged for 4 new tires. Left the car only to receive a call about an hour later saying they needed the key to get the lug nuts off. There was no lug nut key kit in her car so, I called Vorderman. Spoke with Antoine in the service department and he truly saved the day. He drove the lug nut key kit out to Belle, and even took the tires off! Thank you so much... read more
