Went to check out a used Dodge Ram 1500 at their place and upon doing a self inspection on the truck I found a rear main seal leaking on the bottom ( between the transmission and motor)...pointed that out to the salesman and he said he’ll talk to the manager about it and let me know next day. Almost a week passed and never heard back from them. I guess somehow the truck PASSED Maryland safety inspection even though that was a obvious leak. The worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was fraudulently sold a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that was never inspected, lied to about the inspection on numerous occasions, then when inspected by their sister dealership multiple damaged were found which would have excluded it from being a CPO in the first place!!! So many infact, that the car has been in the shop for over 45 days total since purchased less 4 months ago!!! RecommendedTairon was absolutely amazing. We were not looking for a vw and came into buy another make and model. When we didn't find what we wanted we came back for his customer service and only then did we find a car we wanted. Go with Tairon for the experience and then find your car.
I had my car serviced here a few weeks ago, and let them know my car was vibrating and that I wanted them to check my tires along with change of all the liquids for my vehicle. I was notified a few hours later that my car was completed, so I asked if they checked my tires and if any issues were found. They said my tires were fine and that the treads were at around 4-5.
