I took my Passat there for warranty work. After they completed the work they said I need more parts and work to make what they did work correctly at 340.00+. I took the car and found where they left a screw blocking the work. Were they just trying to get more work

We bought a 2021 VW Atlas for my wife back in July and it has been nothing but a mess since then. The salesman did not know much about the vehicles then he misinformed us about how many key fobs came with the remote start that we purchased at the time we bought the car. They ordered the wrong parts for the remote start so they had to keep the vehicle for more than a week while they waited on the new part to arrive.
