Not take 2 weeks to fix my car then when received it back it still doesn't work! The service man said i could leave and it wasn't even fixed!!! I dont understand. I payed ALOT of $$$ and still they are repairing now.
Do not buy a car from larry h miller . My wife and were lied to when it came to transferring my special handicap plates. I specifically instructed both salesman and Finance mrg and included documentation supporting our special. They were well aware of situations and purposely just titled car in wifes name not allowing me to retain my handicap plates. If they could not do as requested we should have told.
Highly dissatisfied with this dealership and now Brandon Volkswagen has a new customer. I called Lakeland Volkswagen yesterday to schedule a service appointment. Instead of the rep asking me the issue I was experiencing or the service I needed done, his first question was if I purchased my vehicle from them. When I told him I didn’t, he blew his breath and immediately proceeded to tell me that it would be at least two weeks out for an appointment despite not even knowing what I needed to have serviced on my vehicle.
