I highly DO NOT recommend McGrath. I had bought a 2015 jeep Cherokee from them and brought it back a week later with the transmission going out and it vibrating when I put it in reverse. I had to bring it back 4 times for them to even do anything and still didn’t fix it. Not to mention they secretly added a $3,000 insurance that we said not to add. Sitting at Gunther VW in Delray for over 2 hours to get my tires rotated and oil change. So... I aske my service agent the status of my car. He says oh I haven’t been watching but that’s your car up on the lift. I also had a recall. Okay no problem..so maybe another 30 minutes? My service agent says oh no more than that. I question was it because of the recall??? No they just took My car back 15 minutes ago. So I sat here for one hour 45 minutes for nothing. I don’t know about their car sales. But I can speak of service it has been the worst experience for me. I moved here from New York and my Volvo dealer in the Westchester and Danbury Ct were busy but when they said they would get back to me they did. This place doesn’t they are the worst they just call to charge. Then they don’t update you very inconsiderate it’s a shame there is no other choice in our area.
RecommendedI bought my 2018 Tiguan from LaFontaine Volkswagen. Last week I ran over a screw, it couldn't be fixed. I have wheel protection on my tires. They replaced my tire very quickly and I was on my way. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. I love LaFontaine Volkswagen!
