RecommendedWe brought our 2019 VW Jetta GLI in for its first scheduled service. We picked up our vehicle after the service was completed. It was the service manager that actually closed out our paperwork. We actually brought the vehicle in earlier this year for a complaint of a rattle under the hood. The vehicle only had 4K on it at the time. For some reason they changed the engine oil prematurely while it was there. This was considered our 1 free service.
