We recently had the pleasure of working with Kaylee Sandahl in finding a new car for my daughter and we were trying to find one fast! We didn't find anything in the lot at the time but Kaylee didnt stop the search! She pulled through and provided us with a few more options by the end of the night and we had the keys in our hands in a couple days! Never again! They pushed and pushed to sell us a used Jeep cause it had been “sitting on the lot and they were losing money” and we are going to give you a fantastic extended warranty! We took it in, the mechanics at VW couldn’t figure it out... but no worries it’s just the AC this warranty covers it! We take it to the Jeep house $1100 diagnosis and no the warranty doesn’t cover all the AC! First of all, Chris Alvarez is not considerate of others (do not tell me otherwise, my experience). I had high hopes of coming to the dealership to purchase a car but when I reflect on the experience, I regret ever buying a car from here. Always take my car when promised. I like being able to schedule work. Also like just driving in for quick things like oil changes.

There is a dealer much closer to me, won’t mention which, they have consistently given me troubles with every experience. But Fairfield Volkswagen’s team has never given me issues or treated me ill mannered. I’ll gladly pay the extra money to have my vehicle taken here or drive the extra distance to deal with their awesome team and staff! Thank you all so much!
Terrible service. The parts department ordered a part months ago and told us it was on back order. Understandable. It happens. I speak to the people who make and ship the parts and they said it WAS on back order but isn’t now. Weird huh? They schedule our car to be fixed because they had the part issue figured out finally then last minute have to push it back. I will not be purchasing another car from them. Seems they are going to wait for our warranty to expire before they ‘get the part in’. It’s all been a giant nightmare.
