We went to get service for our Audi at Tom Wood VW, as the Audi service dept wasn’t able to accommodate us for a couple weeks. When we arrived at TWVW on Friday, we were met by DJ, who told us the service would take approx. 90 min. and that there were no loaner vehicles available. She indicated she would keep us updated.
