*Edited to Update* Shortly after posting this review, Mike Bragg reached out to me on this post to discuss my concerns. When I called the next morning (10/09), he was unavailable so I ended up speaking with Lauren Bailey, the New Car Sales Manager. She was apologetic and indicated the proper protocol had not been followed and that the additional fees should have been discussed with me.
