I love this dealership!!! I bought my car a week ago and everything went smooth. Szymon was the best and helped me a lot with my choice. He was the friendliest person I've ever met. I felt like a princess in a 5 star hotel :) Deffinetely recomend this particular dealership and this salesman. Just look for Szymon - he is the best !!!
Great service at Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Stopped by the other day for a minor maintenance item, and the Service Advisor, Josh Jamison, was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. I was in and out inside of 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis VW of atlanta. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. My salesman made me feel comfortable with my purchase and worked the numbers to my satifactory. I was impressed with the manager being involved personally with myself and others purchasing vehicles which is never seen. My salesman James D. Natilli was so friendly, enjoyable to do business with, went over all the paperwork and vehicle with me. The car I purchased is amazing and I thank your staff for making it possible.
