One of the most pleasant car shopping experiences my wife and I have ever had in our lives. Enita is THE most laid back and welcoming salesperson I've dealt with when buying a car - absolutely no pressure, very friendly and genuine, and when sitting down to go over the paperwork and numbers, none of the annoying "back and forth" on pricing/terms, etc. - simply agreed on a price, numbers were clearly laid out, and we closed on the deal. Jim Ellis VW had the parts and diagram to fix the "guide sleeve " in my 1993 vw fox .in reality it was made up of 6 different plastic bushings which jim ellis has what else can I say but thank you . ill be ordering again I recommend them

After hearing MULTIPLE stories about how you discriminate against your employees, breaking the laws of our country, I would never give you my business and I will tell others about your actions. This kind of discrimination is the most hurtful to people and I can't believe anyone would want to open themselves to a major lawsuit, which is exactly what your behavior will elicit. Shame on you.
From what I have heard, you guys have a manager that treats long term employees very poorly. I will not consider a Jim Ellis car lot in the future and will discourage others from visiting as well.
Terrible treatment of their employees in the Parts Department, especially the older ones nearing retirement!
