Bob was outstanding. I went in looking for one car, he set up a test drive then switched on the fly when I saw another model I liked. Then he scheduled a visit for my wife as well. During the buying process, I feel like we were treated fairly as well. Great service!
They tried to over charge me for a bulb and to put it in. Also, I had to walk to the mall, wait for over 4 hours, only to receive a call my VW was ready and it was not washed. Had to wait a whole hour and it still wasn’t washed correctly. I was totally disappointed with the service and lack of timeliness. I will not be taking my car back there. This is not my first complaint for them. The other time was when they claimed they did an oil change and my ‘adblue’ light came on as well as my washer fluid light. I am done with thi... read more

We bought an Atlas this past Saturday. Great experience! Patrick Norris was our salesman. He was wonderful! Not pushy at all, and answered all our questions. He was very personable! We also spent some time with Tony Williams in finance. He was so kind and very patient with explaining things to me. Thanks for the great service!

haven't even had my car for 3 weeks and my change oil signal came on. I drove 2 hours to get this car im not coming back for an oil change either. could have been a simple and inexpensive task for them to make sure was up to par before a sale
