My 2009 Volkswagen Routan SE had a factory recall on the ignition switch and key fobs. We had no idea until a battery died that they failed to remove the physical, valet key from the old fobs and install them in the new ones. About a month ago I bought a pre-owned certified gti from MJ and he promised to fix all the scratches and the dent on the back. Today I went in and my car came out looking like someone put nail polish over half the scratches and the dent was STILL THERE. The color they put on it wasn’t even the same color as my car and now they are saying they didn’t say they would fix the dent even though MJ constantly said that everything was “BLACK AND WHITE” the whole time.
