RecommendedMy wife and I purchased a Passat from Michael, a.k.a. “big red” - The process was quick, easy, and no hassle. I highly recommend this dealership but I do you recommend asking for a big red if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle at Napleton VW of Sanford.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they enjoy taking advantage of seniors my mom in her late 80s went there to get help on her car six months ago they said no problem two months ago they said no problem today that’s a problem and it’s always been a problem they talked her into getting all this stuff done and over $2000 later now they want $600 more to fix the problem they should’ve fix the first time go around bad bad service if you want a Volkswagen that bad go anywhere but there to buy it or service it
RecommendedI came from Toledo to look at a vehicle. My salesperson, Emily, made sure to send extra pictures of the interior and exterior and answer all my questions before I made the drive out to look at it. Once we got there we were greeted with a smile and test drive. Start to finish it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I will tell all my friends in Toledo that it it worth the drive to Ft. Wayne if they are in the market for a new vehicle!
