We have used Jake as our realtor on several real estate transactions, and couldn't have been more pleased. Jake is energetic and follows up on all issues in a very timely manner. He is honest and very knowledgeable about the geographical areas involved in the transactions. Jake is easy to get in touch with and delivers on all his action items.

Jake listed our home and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding market. We had several offers for our home within a few days and he helped us decide which to accept and helped us negotiate an acceptable offer with the prospective buyer. I was out of the country during some of this time and Jake keep in contact with me daily to let me know the progress. We appreciated his knowledge helping us work through the process and his many suggestions.

While my wife and I did not move to Boise, we are from the midwest and strongly considered the Boise area for the place to raise our children. The only reason Boise made it to our top-two cities in the country was because of Jake. Jake not only was smooth and precise as far as the showing and purchasing a home process, but more importantly sold us on the values and benefits of making Boise our home. My husband & I spent two years looking for our dream retirement home in the Boise/Treasure Valley area. Throughout this lengthy hunt, Jake was patient and creative. Jake helped us find a home we absolutely love while we lived in another city. He was very helpful and didn't hesitate to steer us away from houses that were not kept up as well.
