Jake was essential in helping us find our new home. We moved to the Boise area from out of state and he really helped us narrow down which area we wanted to live in and was willing to spend several days with me looking at homes (almost 75 houses!!) when we were able to come to town. Thanks Jake!!

In 2002 Jake showed us 25+ homes and we ended up buying the first one he showed us but needed to make sure it was the best out there. Jake always showed more homes with a smile and never made us feel we was wasting his time. I was paired to work with Jake on the purchase of my first home by my bank USAA. I used a service through USAA which recommends a real estate agent. Thank god I did. Jake is very personable and knowledgeable on finding a home you like. He gets in tune with what you like out of each home and takes you to as many as you want to see until you find the right one. Jake Conklin is Boise's best realtor. He was critical in helping my wife and I buy our first house. It was tough going trying to find the home we were looking for at that time. We purchased two investment houses through Jake and later used him to sell them for us. His 24 + years of local market knowledge were essential to us as we are out of state buyers. I consulted with Jake on two different occasions, a few years apart, with regard to selling our home. Both times he came and did a walk through of the house and gave me very sound and helpful advice on our options. The end result was not to Jake's advantage, but it was in our best interest.
