We have purchased two homes with Jake and also sold two homes with him. The best review I can say is that we will use him when we sell our current home and buy the next. Jake is responsive, motivated, easy to work with, knowledgeable and fair. Can't say much more than that.

Jake is the best in the business. He's an experienced professional with extensive knowledge who you can trust to look after your best interests. I have listed two homes with Jake, and purchased another. Two of the three deals were challenging transactions that I can honestly say would not have gone together without Jake's hard work and skill. This is the guy that is working on your deal at 11:00 PM. My highest recommendation.

You couldn't ask for more. Jake is a true professional that knows his trade better than anyone. Made a BANK OWNED property easy to buy which is unheard of. Worked with the bank to bring the asking price to the appraised price and saved the deal from collapsing. The transaction was as smooth as could be and he actually cares about what you want with no pushy steering tactics.
