Jake is a professional in his business. He knows the Treasure Valley area and works to find the best options for his clients. When we were looking to purchase a home in 2013 he was willing to show us several and made recommendations to help us make a decision. He was also able to negotiate a price we could afford at the time.

Jake has the patience of Job. He spent a great deal of time finding a home that satisfied both my wife and me. On several occasions, he kept us from buying something that, in the long run, would not have worked very well for us.

Jake restored my faith in Realtors. I have worked with so many before that left me frustrated and wanting more. We took him along on our journey (and ours was a "journey") and he was flexible, attentive, and understood when we needed some expertise and advice with our search. We finally found our place and appreciate all he did for us.

Jake helped us sell our home in Meridian. He did a great job advising us how to best prepare our home for presentation. Our home's pictures, web site and fliers were very professional. He was always quick to respond to calls and questions. We were very please with the quick sell of our home.

We moved to the Boise Area from Oregon a year and a half ago and used Jake as our realtor. We found Jake to be extremely knowledgeable about the Boise area. We looked at almost 30 houses in Boise's northwest end, Eagle, and Meridian. He instantly was able to tell us whether a house was under or overpriced and give us comparisons for what else we could buy for the same amount of money. We appreciated his straightforwardness, expertise and respectful manner throughout the home buying process.

Jake helped me sell my elderly parents home. Needless to say, their home was very dated. He had a good sense of what "updating" would be cost effective. He also directed me to contractors who would do a good job in a timely manner. He was right on! The home sold quickly and closing went smoothly. I have no reservations in recommending Jake and his team!

We were new to the area and looking for our dream house. Jake was efficient and effective in all aspects of his job, we couldn't have wished for a better house shopping experience. Jake was always working with our busy schedule and did great with our kids coming with us sometimes too! Would highly highly recommend Jake to anyone buying or selling their home.

I can't sing the praises of Jake high enough. He spent the time with me upfront, during the negotiation/purchase, at closing and after the deal was done. I only wish he was compensated as my far less capable agent in my former state! I relocated from out of state and knew nothing about the area. My list of wants was large - and sadly somewhat conflicting. Jake spent 5 days with me showing me house after house - slowly narrowing in on what I wanted vs. what I thought I wanted. I started to laugh when grading Jake on the criteria listed. I honestly would not call anyone else but Jake after what he has done for me. He negotiated a home purchase for my wife and I with a bank that has turned into a fabulous situation. He did everything including giving me advice after the purchase.
