I could not be happier with Jake as my realtor. He was always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Such a great personality and very knowledgeable about the market. Jake even agreed to fix (at his expense) items on the home inspection that the seller would not repair. Not many realtors would do that I'm sure. We sure hit a home run with Jake as our realtor. I would highly recommend him to sell your house or find you one to buy.
We wouldn't consider buying or selling a house without Jake! We have used his services through two purchases and one sale and he handles all the details and makes all the connections for us to insure a smooth process. Jake is personable and treats us like family, we recommend him to everyone we know!

Jake was very detailed and knowledgeable throughout our experience. We actually built our Meridian home while still living overseas. He took care of all the details and stopped in to see our build site every week to make sure it was on track. Could not have asked for anyone better!

Jake works for you and your concerns are his. When he's your agent, he goes above and beyond to look out for you. When our new home flooded, Jake and his brother were the first people there to help take care of issue. He also is creative in problem solving. He helped us think about how to get our asks included the budget we could afford. Jake is great and we look forward to working with him in the future.
