I have now been a realtor for 27 years! 27 years of experience has given me an extensive amount of knowledge about the Treasure Valley as well as the business of buying and selling homes. Jake was very friendly and on top of things. Excellent photos and very professional display. I trusted Jake to do the research to help me figure out what price to list my home for and if/when to make adjustments to this price and it paid off. I highly recommend Jake as a relator for anyone that is serious about selling their home.
One of the things I really like about Jake is that he point out aspects of the home that will potentially be good or bad for resale value. This gives the client the opportunity to consider that information in their decision making process. I have bought two homes from Jake and I have recommended Jake to friends who are looking for a real estate agent.
