While it's been some time ago that we used Jake (about 2006), I remember him being outstanding. We were selling a house before our move out of state and ended up with the craziest deal. One we didn't know about in the beginning. Behind our offer there was a ridiculous number of buyers (I think it was 4) each contingent upon the sale of their home. I moved from the Seattle area and had a long-term realtor there who helped me in general, but then Jake brought all of his Boise know how and connections into the process in a collaborative way. Together, this team was able to get through a rather challenging and frustrating negotiation with the builder and listing agent of the spec home we eventually closed. Besides all that professionalism stuff, Jake is also a genuinely good guy.
Jake has helped us purchase two homes, our residence and a rental. Make sure that you’ve had your coffee because you’ll need it to keep up with him!
