Jake was fabulous! He walked us through start to finish, how to stage, what to improve on and he set us up for a successful sale! He was very attentive to our questions (first time seller nerves) and was available for anything we needed. He took great care to make sure our opinions and thoughts were heard and made his recommendations from there. We followed his expert advice and sold our house extremely quickly! We appreciate his knowledge and help and would absolutely use him for future transactions.
