I have now been a realtor for 27 years! 27 years of experience has given me an extensive amount of knowledge about the Treasure Valley as well as the business of buying and selling homes. We moved to Boise in 1992 and bought our house from Jake. When it came time to down size in 2018 we of course called Jake. Jake is the best I sold my home in Idaho while living in Utah. Jake took care of everything and we were able to sell the home for above asking price. Often when I would call him he was at my home pulling weeds and other household chores. Because the house looked so good we were able to sell it fast. I highly recommend Jake and his team, he is a rock star.
There should be a 6th star for ?Jake, he went WAY above and beyond to sell my house in just 3 weeks. Jake took the time to work my tenants and also helped me get rid of an item that needed to be removed in the house. He knows the area better than anyone and he knows how to get it done quickly. If you don't pick Jake you will just be disappointed.

Jake Conklin is a fabulous realtor. He helped us buy a For Sale By Owner home. He helped both us as the buyers and the sellers navigate all of the paperwork. He is an excellent communicator and always replied to questions or problems immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and has surrounded himself with fabulous professionals who are the best in the business. I highly recommend him for buying or selling a home. He is one of the best in the business.
I have had several real estate deals in my lifetime, and the number one complaint I have always had is Communication, but this is where Jake excels. Whether it be a simple "Got It" or "Call you in 15" text back, a detailed call, voicemail or email. You are never left in the dark. Couple this great communication with years of local knowledge and you have a winning combination. Jake has also built a network of professionals around him (Loan, Title, Inspection, Repair, etc) and they truly work as a team.

He is excellent at home staging and very helpful with getting repairs completed. Our home sold for full price in one week. Jake is experienced and knowledgeable in every step of the process.
