We just completed our third real estate transaction with Jake Conklin. He has done an outstanding job including helping us through a major remodel. He has many good contacts that helped us get two of the houses ready for sale.

Jake got me a great house. It wasn't the first house we looked at, or the second, or the third. Jake was very patient, found multiple possibilities, but didn't push for a quick sale. He actually convinced me that several of the first ones we looked at were not the best fit for me, but when we found the perfect house, he went to work and got it for me. I love my home, and would definitely work with Jake again in the future.
We LOVE working with Jake. Not only have we built two houses with him, but we have referred him to several of our friends. I love Jake’s attention to detail, he is open and honest, and he REALLY goes to bat for you as a client, which is rare to find these days.
