Jake came highly recommended to us. We met him on a Wednesday, went looking at a few houses on Saturday, wrote up an offer on Sunday, and the offer was accepted shortly thereafter. We were looking at very competitively priced homes in a competitive market. Jake Conklin recently helped us sell our home in the fall of 2021. He went above and beyond what he had to do for us. From helping with timing of the listing to giving us good resources prepping and staging the house to putting in the time with open houses, he was all over it.
