Just had an oil change. My car was in front of the exit door for 30 minutes before they came and got me and told me it was ready. My time is worth something.
Need to come with a way of scheduling appointment for general service like oil changes. Was told I had scheduled for drop off service which could be all day. When I got checked in said I could wait (was early for my appointment) and was told it would take just over an hour, but doubt wound up being over 3 hours. Seriously need to change how they do their scheduling
We had a 9:00 appointment for a 20,000 mile check up, basically an oil change. As we checked in, we were told that it would take 2 and 1/2 hours! We were incredulous. Two and a half hours for an oil change with an appointment? At 9:00 we were told they were already running behind. There appears to be a scheduling problem. Certainly no respect for the customer's time. Oor car was returned to us at 12:00. Over the course of our time in Peabody, we have purchased a dozen cars at IRA. Leased a vehicle today and the staff was friendly and helpful, started looking at cheap used cars but decided to lease a new model. Akeem was our salesman and even handled the lease for us, he did it in style too, kudos to him and Max was great..
