Horrible service. Have been going there for years and it has gone downhill. Rob is not customer friendly and offers poor service. Switching dealers for my car search because wouldn’t want to go back there. He makes the others who work hard look bad.
When I bought my Prius I was told that my car would be washed during every service and that in fact I could bring my car in any time for a free car wash. Yesterday was the third time it was serviced without a car wash. The service receipt says they checked all liquids but my washer fluid is empty. I wonder what else they didn’t do.
Personnel’s are very friendly and the work done was excellent.
From the moment I walk to the door , To the time I sign the final paperwork had an incredible experience very accommodating and professional in every way. Thank you Ira Toyota I’ll be back for my next one too!

While I made an appointment it took 2.5 hours to get an oil change. The worst part was that I overheard one of the attendants tell someone without an appointment that it would take between 2 or 3 hours to do their vehicle, so it doesn't seem to matter if you make the appointment or not. Also took a while for someone to come over to "register" my vehicle.
Great car and best service for customers. I must say good dealer and they help a lot. I would like to come again 👍👍👍
