For a dealership service department, Toyota is pretty good. ‘Scheduling’ an appointment doesn’t seem to make anything faster than if you showed up as a walk-in, but everyone is very friendly and luckily the waiting area is fully equipped. Everyone who works for the shuttle service is amazing and very personable. I was here once in the middle of a move, had them drop me off and pick me up at Walmart with way too many bags, and they had everything loaded into my car ready to go when the service was done. Manager Josh and Salesman Duarte were great. This was my first car purchase and these guys Made me feel very welcome and helped me with an extremely affordable deal. Brought my dog on my second visit and the whole ira Toyota crew made us feel at home.

I called yesterday in the afternoon and got an appointment for today in the morning. Got there and was taken care of right away. Great job by all.
I went to Ira to lease a Rav 4. Throughout the entire process I was telling the salesman that the one thing I really needed was a roof rack. He said no problem. When I received the car it didn't have the roof racks and the salesman must've gotten amnesia because he doesn't recall our conversation. Now I've called on numerous occasions and people keep telling me that they'll look into it and call me back. Still waiting...…...Not Happy.
Been to the service center I think 5 times over the years, with two Toyota vehicles, and always had a positive experience. Once I had a tire pressure warning and couldn't figure it out, it was the spare, they filled it up and there was no charge. This last visit I had to wait a bit longer than planned but that's par for the course these days, it was a Friday so maybe that was a factor, their customer service is top notch.
