I made an appointment for 10 a.m. to have my 10000 mile check. Of course, I overslept... so I thought all was lost. I called to see when I could reschedule. Not only did they still have availability for me, but I was able to get in the same day! The process was very thorough and quick... The report card that they gave me at the end of it told me that I've basically been babying my car... which is what I intended to do! Great service, great people. I'm glad I bought my car from Ira Toyota!

Recently just purchased a new car with Ira Toyota of Danvers. Klaudia was the sales rep that helped me out and she was very knowledgeable and knew all the answers to all the questions I had. Klaudia and everyone there made the process simple and easy.

As a whole, I think Toyota Danvers is good. However, my justification for the three stars is because of how the manager “ Jim” has threaded me. He equalized me to “ 0” as a customer. First of all, he gave me the meanest face and look I have ever seen. But also, he was the most bref and impatient, disrespectful I have ever seen in the business field. I dropped my car off last night for an 8am oil change scheduled for this morning. When I called at 9:30am to check in on my car, they had no idea where my car was. The service rep I spoke to on the phone was useless. She asked me several times if I brought it to the right dealership. Really? Then she insisted I tell her where I left my key and where I parked my car. She continued to say she had no idea and would call me back. I then texted my sales person and she said she was speaking to the Service Manager. Several minutes ... read more
Upon arrival I was met by someone and asked to move my car forward. I did not wait more than 5 minutes and I was checked in. They said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs and work was completed right on time. It was my 10k visit, got coffee and waited. I was given a choice to wait I decided to wait. My appointment was at 7am and there were many people waiting and everyone who was served before me had great things to say. Coming back again.
Been going to IRA for my routine maintenance for the last 4 years. Always courteous and informative. Also great they offer shuttle service and will take you to the mall or wherever. They call and send a shuttle to pick you back up when your car is ready or you can simply call them to come pick you up. Very convenient.
