Outstanding service from sales and finance every time I go.
RecommendedCalled in the morning and got a 1:40 appointment. Check-in was unusually long. Lots of people around but not being efficient. Other than that no problem. 35k check, tire rotation and added oil change. Car was clean and washed when finished. I bought 2 cars here and have serviced both here. I Recommend👍

I had a good experience at Ira this week I understand it's Avery busy place , I leave in Gloucester so I had to wait . Maybe Ira shouldn't make so many appointments for the same time that would probably Cut down on the WAIT TIME , DID ANYBODY EVER THINK OF THAT . ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, JUSY MY OPINION 😀

7/11/2018 took my leased car for the free 5000 mile check-up. Was running a few minutes late.(7-10). Bay was extremely busy. Imagine my surprise and gratitude when Dawn treated me professionally AND "caringly". She was my angel in an otherwise very difficult 24 hour time frame. She "walked out" the quote, "People don't care what you know, until they know how much you care." Customer Service is still alive!!
I had called yesterday to make a service appointment for 11:00am this morning. The person on the phone asked if I was going to drop off or wait. I clearly told her that I would be waiting for it. I show up this morning, I admit, a little late because of construction traffic and they tell me that it is listed as drop off and that a shuttle can take me home if I wanted.
