Did not make appointment due to my crazy work schedule. They took me in and was done within the time limit they told me. I was very grateful and my got a wash to boot which was needed too. Thank you so much for the great service.

Every time I come for service. Everyone is wonderful and polite. All the issues with the car is taken care of in a timely fashion.
This place made me never want to own another Toyota EVER again. Nothing but problems with the service center. Make an appointment? They may as well laugh at you because they won't see your car until they damn well feel like it and you are just out of luck! Having a recurring issue with your car? Good luck getting an answer on the actual problem. Each time you go someone will tell you something different. Not worth bringing your car here. Nothing but issues. Can't wait to buy a new car that is not owned by IRA or Toyota!
Service was excellent. The only complaint I have is that I said I would be waiting with the car when I made the appointment and was told on of the compressors was broken at the time and it was going to be longer than usual and they recommended I take advantage of the shuttle service, which I didn’t because I had my fiancé come get me instead. Aside from the long wait time (about 4 hours) everything else was great.
