mechanic needs to read English he put the wrong oil in my truck. I got there 10:10AM and got out at 1:00PM I only got an oil change and rotate my tires it shouldn't take more then an hour
Brought our minivan in for emergency service, blew an oil cooler line and made one heck of a mess. It was the worst possible time, 180 miles from home with an family crisis going on. I called IRA Toyota on a reccomendation from a friend nearby. I reached a live person and they agreed to service the vehicle and get me a rental the same day. I arrived 15 minutes early for my service appointment. There was a line. I was finally greeted by a very nice young man. He said it would be 10-15 minutes more before a service manager would be available to do intake. I don’t understand why you encourage people to make appointments if no one even acknowledges it until the are checking you in. I’ve bought and serviced 6 cars there over the years...Always friendly and efficient with their work done right the first time... Their staff is the best
Today wasn’t IRA’s best moment. I needed only light bulbs, rear windshield wiper and an inspection. That took 4 hours!!! Can’t figure out why getting the bulbs took so long. They’re always friendly and helpful. I bought the prepaid service a couple years ago and I’m still taking advantage of it.
