I was a loyal Subaru owner for years, last week I took a walk over to the Toyota dealership in Danvers. I was met my a salesman named Mohammed. He was very courteous and very helpful. I ended up trading in my Subaru and purchased a new Camry. The customer service and his knowledge of the product convinced my to buy! Great job!
Our sales rep Joel, was very helpful in getting us into the car we wanted. Our car buying experience started at another dealership (which was a bad experience) We ended up at IRA, and Joel and the friendly staff made the process so much easier. Looking forward to doing business again with IRA Toyota in the future.
Great service helped out a lot to take care of my entire car service.
Horrible service department took my car in for routine service came out with bolt stuck in the tire and rims where the lug nut holes are all scraped up from them taking tires off. If this wasn't a lease i would never take it to ira ever again
Process is amazing and simple. everything is extremely informative and helpful. doesn't matter what position the employees hold everyone is trying to help you if they can. Best experience yet I have had buying a car.
I met with Sage on Thursday afternoon in desperate need of a new car after my old one broke down, and he had me driving off in the perfect car, well within my budget, by lunchtime Friday! Everyone was helpful, efficient, and friendly!
