I normally have a good experience but today it was awful. I went to get a sticker and the man in a green shirt was great but the associate acted like I was bothering him for "just a sticker "

I have a Toyota 4Runner with about 4,000 miles. I had a nail in the tire. I made an appointment for a new tire at Ira for noon and wasn’t finished until 2:50pm. 2 hours and 50 minutes for 1 tire. That’s ridiculous. We should’ve been out if there in 30 minutes tops.
I drove up without an appointment for 10K service this Monday morning at 8:00. I had an appointment for 10:15 in Swampscott and they got me in and done with plenty of time. Thanks Alex!!!!
