Service at Ira Toyota Danvers is the best. I look forward to being taken care of by service manager Matt Buonomo because he tells it to you straight while also trying to save you money. Extras that make this place a 5 Star experience: Good snack bar, free coffee, car rental if needed, free rides to the mall while you wait for your car, a comfy lounge area and computer terminals for customer use.
The worst experience I have ever had at any service center ever!
Came in for “free” first oil change & service after purchasing, after a 2 hr wait..surprise I was charged for the services. Not what I expected.
Always helpful and courteous. Have bought 4 vehicles from IRA.
