It was a great experience buying my first car. James Abramofsky was an awesome sales guy, who helped me make a great choice and get a great deal! The dealership did everything for me and I picked up my car 2 days later! I am very happy with my experience!
I bought a used rav4 in March, comeback for service one month later, the engine is burning oil, the cost for repair, 6,000.00, from my pocket, they can’t do anything about it; yesterday a new battery, they said they put a new one in the vehicle
First time there and the greeter was amazing but the rest of the people were less than stellar. Eye contact and a verbal hi from me were ignored by the first 3 ppl. 2 hours turned into 3 and not so much as a sorry or an update even when I asked 2x what's the hold up after the 2 hour mark. the answer was idk idk and ohh idk. smh.
Great fast service for the car; however the shuttle was brutal both leaving Toyota and getting there...it would be helpful for them to provide an estimate for time for shuttle. I personally recommend Uber if you can otherwise you’ll likely be waiting at least an hour for a shuttle.
